    1. Live arrival is guaranteed when: (1) temperatures are safe at all shipping locations, (2) shipping is to a FedEx hub for pickup, and (3) the animal is picked up within 2 hours of arrival. Shipping dates may be adjusted at our discretion for the safety of the gecko.

    2. Weather hold

      We will safely hold your gecko at no extra charge until shipping conditions are appropriate. We do not ship during extreme heat, cold, or severe weather.

    3. Buyer responsibility

      Please double‑check your shipping address before checkout. Once the carrier accepts the package, delays or errors caused by the carrier are out of our control, but we will work with you on a solution when possible.
